Enter ALL Regular NYSBUA games IF you worked with a Partner. If the game is done by yourself -  NO RATING is needed. Ratings also aren't needed for Scrimmages or Sectionals.

Home Team: Select from Drop down list 

Level: Select from drop down Level of Game V or JV or F or M 

Partner: Select from drop down your partner’s last name (in CAPS) 

Position: Your partners position P (Plate) or B (Base) 

Ratings: 

Judgement (common sense – consistency) 

Mechanics (position – coverage – signals – hustle – communication) 

Game Control (handling of players & coaches – keep game moving) 

Rules (knowledge – application) 

Professionalism (poise – attitude) 

Promptness (arrives early – conduct per-game conference) 

Appearance (condition – uniform) 

RATING SCALE: 

9 - 10 - EXCELLENT - outstanding- superior- expert- accomplished 

7 - 8 - GOOD - proficient- adept- better than average 

6 - 7 - NEEDS IMPROVEMENT - must raise the level of competency 

4 - 5 - BELOW AVERAGE - substandard - far less than expected 

1 - 2 - POOR - not acceptable 

Any rating 6 or below in any category must Include a written comment.
